Agent Guide

Congratulations, you are now an Agent!

What can you do? You can start earning rank points and pay points by being active in base. If you are a hard worker you should earn from 10-50 coins in pay per day. You can collect pay from an owner (They have the black OWN badge) at any point as soon as you have a minimum of 10k pay points. You may claim only in sums of 10's.

You now also have access to habboun.com restricted pages (forums, guides, utilities, etc.) and you will have access to more things as your rank gets higher!

New Habbo Username Feature

You can now change the Habbo Username on Habbo once a month so for us to make the process easier, we've added a new tab on the website called "Change username". https://prnt.sc/jDKqy5EXaypP
You will need to add the new Habbo username, reason and also have the option to change UN username too. Once you've submitted your request, our owners will be able to review it and change it within 48 hours.
Your username may be rejected if it is found offensive or inappropriate.

It is important that you know the following commands:

→ FTF: Fill the Front - Recruit new members or let workers in at the front desks (the areas on both sides of the Transfer Desk, which is the middle station.)

To open/close the FTF gate, type :FTFwhen seated in the station.

You should not be intentionally opening up the FTF gates unless letting in members with the proper UN motto and badges in.

→ FTB: Fill the Back - Sit on the thrones to go AFK (away from keyboard) instead of going AFK at the front/training/security.

→ FTS: Fill the Security - Work in security (the area between Help desk and AFK thrones).

To open/close the Security laser gate, type :SEC when seated in the station.

→ FTT: Fill the Training - Work in the training room (the area in the top left corner, with the sofas).

To open/close the Training gate to let the Trainee out, type :TRNwhen seated in the station.

→ FTHD: Fill The Help Desk - For Operations+ to answer questions of fellow members (the area between Training & Security).

→ ATT: Attention, If somebody calls ATT you can remain in your seat and respond by waving or talking.

Note that you are able to call attention at any ranks and must never call attention to steal a seat! You also need a valid reason to call attention, like a member is not responding or idling at a workstation.

Do NOT abuse the ATT command!

→ AE: At Ease (resume your activities after being called to ATT).

→ For every rank unit, you have a guide and a quiz. Read the guide to pass the quiz and once passed you will receive bonus rank points. You need a score of 100% to receive the bonus rank points (Bonus rank points will only be given once per quiz).

→ How do you earn rewards? You earn rewards by working in our headquarters. There are arrows that move around our workstations (look for them in the headquarters) every 5 minutes. If you are on the right of the arrows when the timer reaches zero, you will get instructions to claim one reward. You claim each reward by logging it on the scoreboard in the rewards room by entering the teleports.

You can also sit at the Red Thrones when you are away from your computer, and you will still earn points! Yes, that's right, we pay you to AFK.

→ What do I get from each reward? Every reward becomes 250 rank points and 250 pay points when uploaded to this website. Rank points and pay points are updated on our website every day.

How do I claim my reward? When you are to the right of an arrow and the timer reaches zero you will be transported to the elevator, go in and you will find a series of rooms. Look for a room that has 50 or fewer names on the scoreboard (if you are mobile ask a member on PC to help) then sit on the chair and if done correctly it will log your reward.

→ When will I get my points?

Boards are automatically cleared every other day, with points being added to the website on the same day. If you have any questions regarding specific points, you can always reach out to a member of the Foundation Team.

When can you collect pay? Any rank within the United Nations can collect pay at any time of the day or night! To do so, make sure you have a minimum of 10,000 Pay Points (you can check your profile) then ask an Owner (wearing the black OWN badge). OR if no owner is available at the moment, you can request for pay through this method that works on PC & Mobile Discord:
- Go to #un-support in our Discord Server
- Type in your text bar /requestpay , hit space, type the amount (always choose sums of 10's,) and hit enter. If you are helping someone else by requesting pay for them, do the same steps as above but after you enter amount, hit TAB 3 times and add the other person's name who you are trying to help.
- You will receive a reply in the same Discord channel of the remaining paypoints and ownership by now have been tagged in another channel.
- Once an owner is available, the bot will let you know in that channel that the owner is coming to pay you in base.

→ How can you claim pay? Speak to any available Owner (wearing the black OWN badge) that is in base.

In the event that no OWNs are available, send a request in the “#un-support” channel in our discord server and state clearly the amount of pay you have and wish to claim.

→ Can I buy rank points? You can buy 1,000 rank points for 2c for ranks below Leadership and 1,000 rank points for 4c for ranks above Government.
If you buy a considerable amount of Rank Points once you reach 1,200,000 RP (OOA), it is up to discretion of the Foundation Team to place you
as Trial or Pre-Trial OOA.

Always be sure to buy from an Owner (wearing the black UN OWN badge).

You can also exchange your pay points for rank points which is 50% cheaper than buying rank points with credits!

For every 1k pay points you get 2k rank points.

To convert your pay points into rank points go to your profile on the United Nations website and click the blue "Convert my pay points into rank points" button.

Note that when clicking the convert button immediately converts ALL of your pay points into rank points. All conversions are NOT reversible.

→ What is the code of conduct? Be respectful to everyone and obey higher ranks. Never AFK at a workstation (except AFK thrones).

You can dance, use caps, role play and use effects (except any invisible effect).

Do not advertise in other agencies!

→ If you failed to comply with one of these rules, a Government rank or above will warn you and assign an appropriate punishment such as a deduction of points or temporary ban.

Note that you may also face consequences even if you have misbehaved in different situations that aren’t really related to each other.

How do you recruit someone at the front desk? While sitting at the front desks recruit members by saying "Welcome to <UN> come to my desk for a job" (or your own version).

When a recruit sits in front of you ask them to change their Motto to <UN> Trainee or [UN] Trainee (If they are on mobile) and ask them to wear the blue <UN> badge.

Make sure they remove any badges from other agencies before allowing them inside (as double-jobbing is not allowed).

Use the :FTF keyword to open the gate to allow them to step in.

→ Who else can come into base? Members who work in the United Nations.

→ What should your motto be? Your motto should be:

<UN> Rank [YourUNWebUsername] [YourRankPoints in K (thousands)]

OR

<UN> Rank
For more information click here.

→ Are there promotions? Promotions work differently here at the UN. All promotions are handled through the wired system and rank points. When your rank points are high enough, you may change your own motto according to the rank list.

→ How to join our UN Discord Server? We have a Discord server where we communicate and socialise with other UN members. If you wish to join, kindly speak to any MOD+ members. Please note that it is not compulsory for you to join our server unless your rank is Leadership+.

→ Other than working on workstations, how else can I earn points? You can earn points by participating in our DOE events.

→ How do I get a new badge? Ask an OOA or Owner. They will confirm your rank points and accept the badge.

In the event that no OOA/OWN is available, go to the "badge request" forum and fill out a badge request post or send a request in the #badge-requests channel on our discord server.

→ Where can I AFK? All red throne chairs are made to prevent users from idling out so that if a user leaves their computer on, the character will stay in base. You can get 4 rewards for being AFK on these thrones but it will take a longer time. You cannot speak there, if you are caught you might get kicked from the AFK thrones. You need to have the correct motto and badge on or you might also get kicked from AFK thrones.

Advice: leaving your character on the red thrones overnight works best.

→ What should I do if there is an idler at a workstation? Call attention to the idler and count for 5 seconds. If the idler fails to respond, take a screenshot of the idler and the countdown messages. Post it under #un-support in our discord server with the name of the idler and tag @Base Rights. Note that your screenshot MUST include the time and date of the idling incident.

You are allowed to count/ATT any idlers regardless of their ranks.

→ You are eligible to earn the Recognition Award badge if you are seen setting a good example within UN.

→ How do I take a screenshot? For Windows PC, press and hold the windows key and PrtSc button. For Mac, press and hold these three keys together: Shift, Command and 3.
