You now have the ability to fill the help desk station. At the help desk you are required to help out other UN members with any questions they may have by either knowing the information yourself or knowing who to contact. If you do not know something always make sure you ask a higher rank (especially an OOA or Owner) for advice.
To help you with this, please read below some important information regarding filling the help desk:
→ If there is someone waiting to be transferred, trained, or waiting in security, we strongly advise you to fill these stations first if you are able to. If you are filling the help desk and no one is filling security, you are expected to help!
→ Operations ranks obtain access to the help desk. The help desk is the space located in the backline of the base, between the training and security areas.
→ In the help desk, you will answer questions about how United Nations works. Some of the questions that might be included can be about pay, ranks, website, duties and privileges. Do your best to answer these questions, by making sure you know all the information in the previous guides.When you do not know something, make sure to ask a higher rank and check the website so you know an answer for next time.
Some questions that you may be asked are:
→ How do you earn rewards?
You earn rewards by working in our workstations. There are 2 arrows that move around from left to right (look for them in the headquarters). If you are on the right of the arrow when the timer reaches zero, you will get teleported to the elevator. You claim each reward by writing it on a scoreboard in one of our rooms inside the elevator.
→ What do I get from each reward?
Every reward becomes 250 rank points and 250 pay points when uploaded to this website. Rank points and pay points are updated on the website every 1 to 3 days.
→ How do I claim my reward?
Whenever you are on the right of the arrow when the timer reaches zero, you will get teleported to the elevator. Follow the instructions carefully and you will be able to claim the reward by going to any of the reward rooms that have less than 15 names. You will be seated on the chair inside the reward room for 30 seconds to collect the reward.
→ When can you collect pay?
You can collect your pay at any time if you have accumulated 10,000 pay points on the website. Only Owners with the black OWN badge can pay you. All ranks can earn rewards and get paid.
→ Where can I AFK?
All red throne chairs are made to prevent users from idling out, so that if a user leaves their computer on, the character will stay in base. You can get 4 rewards for being AFK on these thrones, but it will take a longer time. You cannot speak there, if you are caught you might get kicked from the AFK thrones. You need to have the correct motto and badge on, or you might also get kicked from AFK thrones. The best way to gain AFK Rewards is to leave your avatar in the thrones overnight.
→ What do you do if your account is banned on Habbo?
If it is for more than 24 hours, contact an <UN> Ownership either on the website or on Habbo with another account. The <UN> Ownership will have you send a Private Message on this website to verify it's you. Then the <UN> Ownership may let you move into a new Habbo account by changing your registered Habbo user on the website.
→ Is there any other way to earn rank points?
Besides buying them and earning rewards, you can get them by having your posts/replies liked on the forums or by participating in special units.
→ Why have I not gotten my points from yesterday?
Points are added by Ownership when all boards get full and are cleaned. Once boards are clean it can take between 1 and 3 days for the points to be added on to the website. If they have any questions regarding specific points you can always refer them to a member of the foundation team.
→ Where can I see my points?
Points can be viewed on your https://habboun.com/ account. You can see these by going to habboun.com, signing in and clicking the my account button.
