I will never be able to fathom the cruel reality that is brain cancer. Up until now I had gone through life relatively unscathed from such a horrifying disease and yet here we are. We are now mourning the loss of someone much too young to have suffered such a horrible thing (my nephew, 7 years of age).

His courage in the face of his cancer is a testament to his parents strong will throughout this journey, and a testament to his beautiful personality.
