I went on holiday for two weeks and didn't collect a reward. I've been waiting 3 days for my latest rewards but they haven't come. I'm not sure if my account is deactivated and I can't earn more rewards, but if so please deactivate it.

Your account is active, otherwise you wouldn't be able to post this :) Rewards take 1 - 3 days after the board is CLEARED to upload - it might take up to 4/5 days from when you claimed the reward, depending if boards were almost full, or almost empy at that point. Check the points forum to see if you are on the board, and which Owner has your board :)
