I was checking my points on my account and I noticed that some of my points got expired? Can someone tell me how did that happen and what to do about it? I wasn't able to log on for about 3 days due to my exams, now I'm back to work.

Expired points are just the rewards earned in the last 31 days and 7 days, they're just a number counting how many rewards you earned in the 31 and 7 days. So once the 31 days or 7 days is pass, the number gets deducted because they're no longer how many rewards you earned in that period of time. The points stay though.
