Clock Time Change - BST Starts!
So yesterday on the 25th March 2018 British summer time began! This means we loose an hour sleep. It also means we will see more daylight hours. Personally I prefer waking up when its still dark outside, so it takes me a while to adjust. The only good thing is that the day should feel like it goes quicker , and also its closer to my holiday ! However I have also read that there are some bad health benefits of changing the clocks.
