I hope you’re doing fine. And if not, I know you’ll surpass that obstacle(s) or challenge(s) you’re facing right now. I mean, we’re here for you, alright? Don’t be shy on asking for our help; we’re here to support you.

So, are you busy with your school, work, or family?

I hope you still got time for yourself. No one’s really that busy for themselves, right? Just a little bit of time for yourself. Occasionally, you need to reward yourself for a job well done!

Are you still taking good care of yourself?

I hope so, pease take good care of yourself. Do eat your meals on time (or at least eat three times a day), do drink eight glasses of water, do sleep for at least six to eight hours a night, and do love yourself.

Are there any other tips to take good care of yourself?

Yup! Love yourself, my dear. Take a relaxing bath, use your stress to be productive (not to procrastinate), talk to your friends and loved ones, treat yourself a good meal (sometimes), but most of all, do things you love.

Don’t forget that you are an important person. The world may not revolve around you, but each one of us is an important piece in this world. Don’t let the sadness take over you and let the positivity flow in!

REMEMBER: SELF CARE IS NOT SELFISH.
