I know I am only SM but i was talking to a ldr and a former member for Un and they agreed that there should be like a transfer manual guide made up to help LDR+ transfer people into UN Because not everyone has experience transferring people and sitting there at the desk not knowing what to do can be daunting
If you go under guides, there is a guide called "Transfer Guide" it tells you the steps of transferring. If you cannot think of a way to convert ranks, then you can ask others members.
