Report: Trag3di

I'd like to file a complaint against Trag3di.

He is very disruptive and likes clicking switches in different stations, annoying the person currently at that station. He likes to blame the other person for clicking the switches, which in turn causes arguments and irritability.

He is very arrogant and when threatened with a report, he states that "he doesn't care". I have no idea how this user is such a high rank but I've heard a lot of people complain about him.
My suggestion is for UN to take action against him.
