Agency BoS:
The following agencies on this list have been put on Ban on Sight. After careful review and thorough investigation they have been deemed dangerous and a threat to our community. Such reasons are in tandem with; but not limited to the guidelines of the CIW-T. These acts are suspected not of one individual but of multiple.
Stipulations of Agency/Military Ban on Sight consists of:
- Immediate Permanent Ban of 1ic and 2ic of offending agency
- National Punishment of 1ic and 2ic of offending agency
- Foundation Team and External Affairs of United Nations are barred from engaging and interacting with members of the offending agency. Immediate reprimands will be issued if members are caught breaking this rule.

Illegal Warfare Operators:
An illegal warfare operator may only be added to/removed from the barred individuals' list once a signatory petitions to the other signatories and receives majority approval. All petitions and motions must be supported with concrete evidence provided to all signatories prior to the addition and/or removal of any individual. Individuals that wish to be removed from the Debarment List may petition their removal to any of the treaty signatories. Petitions and motions initiated by individuals must be supported with concrete evidence provided to all signatories for review. Petitions must meet a majority vote to be successful.
