Why are we exactly like everyone else?

So, i was looking around the other Agencies and i noticed something odd. We all use the same system. You work countless hours recruiting new people, and you eventually get a promotion. It doesn't matter if it is with rank points or given according to the time you spend in a position, it's always the same thing. And getting a promotion doesn't necessarily means it's gonna be something you like. Take me for example. When i joined the UN, I was hoping that it was going to be something more army related, and not that I would have to sit in a desk all day long and recruit new people. But when I went to search for a new Agency, I noticed that there isn't one that doesn't works the same way. In EVERY ONE OF THEM you have to sit in a desk recruiting new people. If there was one that said to me "Hey, you want to be a soldier? Sure here you can be that the minute you join!", I wouldn't be with you guys anymore. I mean, It's what I wanted. Wouldn't you also grab the job of your dreams? Of course you would.

What I'm trying to say is, we don't really give people much choice. All we say is "Hey, join us and after working hours and hours with something boring as hell, you may get to work with something you actually like". Wasn't this supposed to be fun? Why don't we give people more choice on what they want to do? I'm 100% positive that this would only bring more and more people to our Agency.

The way it works

If everyone we recruited could do whatever they wanted, no one would sit there and recruit new members. It wouldn't be nearly as productive. Using new members to recruit is the most fluent system and helps us weed out those who are less dedicated. It's almost like a trial to see how well you can perform seemingly menial tasks. You have to work toward better positions just like in te real world, and for very similar reasons. And while being at the work desks is the most popular way to get points, there are several other ways to get rank points and get promoted. But be social and do what is asked and it will get more fun for you.
P.S. How would one be a soldier in habbo? Sounds like getting payed to role play as military. Which isn't profitable unfortunately.
