There is the possibility of a scouting unit for UN, where we go to public rooms and advertise/notify people of UN. Im thinking there should be a reward, either rank or pay points, for every 5 people that someone scouts to join UN. This will absolutely not include transfers, as that is poaching members of other agencies.
There is already a unit that handles that sort of thing, HaiBunBun runs it.
It's a department in which one gets along with different ranks and try to deal with every problem going on since I've seen alot of pressure on owners because of the fights going on.
That sounds the same as Department of Law, which never really did much, the Government, Admin & Owners jobs are to handle issues within UN, we don't need a seperate unit to do that.
This unit is to get feedback from the people working in UN for improvement need to be made .
