Bullying & Help Desk Rule

Recently I have noticed all ranks taking matters into their own hands, bullying other members and calling them "Arrow Hunters" this is not okay & it is not anyones job to enforce people who are Arrow Hunting apart from the Admins and Owners, so from now on, I want the accusations and bullying to stop from everyone and if I see people bullying others I will be cracking down on it and deducting points straight away, this has gone too far.

→ Arrow Hunting - There are several types of Arrow Hunting, this can be defined as; following the arrow around from seat to seat in order to cheat the system and gain points faster, also ignoring work stations that need to be filled in order to get the arrow, and the last being waiting for someone to accidently move off their seat so that you can take it from them and get the point they have earned. We see all forms of Arrow Hunting to be dishonest and unfair and in result of doing this you may lose the point.

I also see far too many people not following the rules about the help desk, from now on if the same people are doing it, you will be deducted 250 points straight away, it's your responsibility to know all the rules in the guides upto your rank, and if you arent following them then there will be deductions to put people back into line and behaving correctly.

→ Help Desk Requirements - The help desk should only be filled when there are 3 people on FTF, 1 in Training, 1 in Transfer Desk & 1 in security, this is because other stations have more importance than the help desk, and they are required to keep base functioning.

REMEMBER to follow the rules, it makes for a happy agency if everyone is doing the right thing, I want to see less arguments in base. If you have an issue speak to someone from Admin or Owners, if they arent online speak to a Government member and they can try and sort out the issue.
