To check if a Trainee has passed the quiz, you can go to "Utilities > Newest Agent" and search for their username or you can try "Utilities >Search User List (Active)" which is moderatley a bit quicker in my opinion since it takes a while for the Newest Agent method to update the list. Either or is at your disposal. Hope this has helped!
1) Press refresh (F5 is shortcut key) on 'Newest Agent' 2) Open search function (CLT + F is shortcut key) 3) Type the username in search function 4) Either the user appear or does not appear - If the user appears under the search function, the user has passed the quiz, he/she should have 1k points - If the user does not appear under the search function, the user has failed the quiz. Therefore tell the user to retake the quiz.
