I THINK THAT <UN> SHOULD BE IMPROVED BY HAVING EVENTS SUCH AS [OOA APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN FROM 1/9/2015 UP TO 30/9/2015] TO RANKS ABOVE OPERRASIONS. AND HAVING INTERVIEWS FOR THE ONES WHO APPLIED. THIS WILL GIVE A CHANCE TO LOW RANK MEMBERS TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES AND TO SHOW THIER SKILLS ON BIENG A LEADER. THERE ARE MANY LOW RANKS SOOOOOOOO EXPERIENCED!!!! TYSM FOR YOUR TIME AND ATTENTION:)
Low ranks needs to work to get OOA so it could be fair for everyone and also can show their skills by working and collecting more rewards that would them to reach OOA. There are many ways to increase your rank points like: coverting pay points to rank points, participate in DOE events, and for people who are in a special unit, finishing their tasks will also get them some rank points.
