Dear Staff,
Hello Cyndii! How are you? if you're asking me i'm not well.. Because I have an excuse for Staff I will leave Habbo forever or a moment because when I logged in earlier it didn't come in well because it always say "Email and Password don't Match" I tried to use Mobile but still the same so i'm excusing myself to logged of Department for a while. I contacted the Habbo Staff and it went well! They gave me instructions but they first need to know my info. when I first logged in in Habbo. So If Habbo Staff can't help me to fix my password/email acc. I will make a new acc. and that will show up as Liberty_X so I can work on further but.. If Habbo Staff can help me give back my old/original password/acc. I will be happy and work further in Department so please understand my message..! It will help a lot! Thank you again Cyndii but if you can reply my message and reply to what will I do to retrieve my password/acc. back Thank you very much! So I am having an excuse!

I do apologise for the late reply as I have been extremely busy and did not get the chance to read through the UN messages. If you are experiencing trouble logging onto Habbo. It may be caused due to maintenance but if not, you can always make a new account. Try changing your Habbo password through your email though, you can always send me a message if you're interested in changing your Habbo username and we can continue your progress and you will be able to rejoin UN on your new account without losing any rank points or pay points.
