Hallo! Not sure if you've gotten your question answered by the help desk yet but our reward system is detailed in the "Utilities" tab under "Current Point Rewards". It will also be clearer if you do the Agent Quiz or just read the agent guide.
tl:dr
1) there's an arrow that moves every 5 minutes to the next station. If you work, the arrow should hit you sometime or another.
2) When the arrow is at your desk and the 5 minute clock on the front wall hits 00:00, you get teleported to the elevators.
3) You use the elevator to enter the rewards hallway. There are 12 rooms for active work and 4 for the afk desk.
4) You choose one reward room and should stick to that room for every subsequent reward.
5) You enter your chosen reward room and take a seat. (There's only 1 seat so you can't really miss it.)
6) The seat will teleport you to the "Reward Helmet" where you sit for 30 secs. After the 30 secs, your name should be recorded on the board. Your points on this site are updated using the boards every 1-3 days. Each reward converts to 250 pay points and 250 rank points.
If you work but you don't stay long enough for the arrow to get to your seat, you don't get any points. You need to have minimum 10,000 pay points to claim pay so it's likely that you have to reach the Trainer ranks to get paid. If you decide to convert your pay points to rank points and your pay points go below 10k, you can't claim. Also a reminder, pay points ≠ rank points. Pay will be based on pay points and ranks will be based on rank points.
