I have a question. I'm wondering how I know when to update my motto in game? I got an email that says "9ic Agent" is my roll. Is that what I'd change my roll to?

Knowing my roll
No, depending on how many rank points (RP) you have on your UN account under "My account", you'll need to go to rank list under "Utilities". Compare your rank points to the provided rank which is what you type in your motto.
