Today I'm discussing a small little issue that honestly barely is an issue but it could be small little change to make things easier for new Agents. So when you sit at the front desks you get this large chat message saying ( Make their motto <UN>) and realistically its not <UN> its [UN], and I see many new Agents telling newcomers to make their motto <UN> Trainee and thats when I have jumped in and said no its actually [UN]. I don't mind helping out new agents and explaining the right way of helping new people join but this could be helpful! :)

<UN> Front Desks (!)
If the recruit is on:
PC = Use <UN> OR [UN] (their choice)
----THE UN LOVER
BILE = Use [UN] (The <> cannot be displayed in their motto if they use <>)
In addition to unitednationlover's response, it's meant to be:
[UN] = when the Trainee/Recruit is on mobile
while ...
<UN> is used when they are on PC.
Hope this clarifies :)
Thank you for the help, I wrote this when I was new to the agency and had no idea what I was talking about, but yes I finally know why its like that :)
