You can build on any hotel if it suits you, just needs to use appropriate items, some items on other hotels dont exsist on Habbo.com and it needs to be an appropriate price as well. Eg we cant have 10x pink dragons everywhere. As long as your creation is 9x10 it will be fine.
Yes you can build on any hotel, but as Cyndii has mentioned keep it realistic on the amount being spent. Example, dont have large amounts of rares in it and use only the furniture available in Habbo only.
