For any account ban issues you need to contact an owner (OWN) If you are having trouble contacting one on here go into the UN and there is usually an owner avalible or another member who can ask an owner to come in and help
If the ban is for a long period of time you can create an account and come into UN, to which an Owner can give you the alt badge. This would mean you wouldn't be able to work until your ban is over.
