So there has been a concern in the fact that some believe that the helmet system is a great one in place but it should be distributed more around the front desk. Also some may believe there should be more red thrones in the back as sometimes when people need to AFK there is no thrones avaliable. I have occasionally hear people at front desk saying “hey, when is the last time anyone at front desk got a helmet” and I have seen people at the throne area being frustrated as the thrones are full and they need to AFK. What are your views on this guys? Please comment below :)

I dont agree with the front desk part, but I do agree that we need more thrones :)
The amount of thrones is indeed quite limited. i have seen the helmet appear the the front desk a lot of times though so i can't really say much about that
yes i agree on that the helmet should go more to front desks :)
Hm, I believe the system is fantastic as it is fair. The front has the most chance of getting the helmet where it's very rare at the thrones. But there could be a solution where the helmet goes to the front desk majority of the time to motivate more agents and members to FTF

Most of the time, people hog the thrones until there are no thrones left. More thrones would definitely be welcome!
As for the FTF position, I would like a higher chance of getting the helmet in such positions to motivate people to FTF.
Im not sure about adding more thrones. As it just leads to more and more hanging there without doing any work. I think everything is sufficient. This is just a opinion :)
I don't think that we should make front desks more likely to get the helmet. After all, people working Security, Training, Help Desk, and Transfer Desk have worked hard (or payed a lot of money, I guess) to get where they are. It doesn't make sense to decrease the likelihood of getting a helmet at while at Security or higher (as a member of Leadership) so Recruits can get a helmet more frequently.
Just sayin'.
