It's been almost a month since I joined UN this March 2019 and I have reached Government but if you don't know how these divisions are different from each other, grab your snacks and start reading the rest of this thread!
Divisions:
1) Agent. The first divisions where you start getting paid and have no uniform. The starting division is pretty easy to get through with only 1krp between each rank or 4 arrows. They are responsible for following the basic rules of UN such as the 15 or 2 minute rule, no ghosting, etc.
2) Security. The first division where you can enter the base thrugh the security gates and can enter security. Another division with only 1krp between each rank/4 arrows. This division and all the higher divisions are responsible for making sure that the people who go through security goes to the correct place, either in base or in the training area.
3) Trainer. The first time where you can enter the training area not as a Trainee. Trainers and above are responsible for teaching the trainees the basic rules, what to do and what not to do, how to handle trolls, and what to do during ATT. It's a little bit harder to rank up here since 2krp/8 arrows is the gap between each rank.
4) Operations. The first time where you can access the help desk and your responsibility is to answer all of the questions that new comers may have about UN or their stations. It just gets harder from here to rank up, 5krp is the gap between each rank in Operations or 20 arrows.
5) High Management. The first time where you can start ATT people whenever they idle in work stations and join one or two departments! The people in this division and above have the responsibility to make sure that noone idles at workstations or ignore anyone looking for help like at front desks or security. The gap just grows bigger between ranks since it becomes 10krp or 40 arrows.
6) Senior Management. Nothing much here is any different than the previous division except for the fact that you can now join special units relating towards the community. Anyway, the gap is much bigger becoming 15krp between each rank in SM or atleast 60 arrows (if you don't convert the pay points).
7) Leadership. The first time you can access the transfer desk and transfer people. This division is pretty unique since you need to have a one-on-one test with an Owner. The transfer division in UN is much different than the other's since we observe the division/rank, date they joined, if they joined before, etc. Also, the gap between racks becomes a massive 50krp or 200 arrows if you don't convert the pay points.
8) Government. The division before the representatives (OOA/OWN). This is where you can start requesting deductions of people's rank points by 5-25% and their pay points by 20-50%. They have a big responsibility of keeping the base stable and orderly. The gap between Government ranks are even more massive, becoming 100krp or 400 arrows.
9) Office of Administration/OOA. The rank where you become admin in the lower rank badges, you are on trial, and can offer higher offers, while the maximum is LDR. You are responsible for making sure that the base is functioning properly when you're online, making sure everyone is doing their jobs and workstations are full and from time to time, there may be disputes in base that you may need to sort out. The gap between ranks is still the same as Government, being 100krp.
10) Ownership. The final and highest rank of them all. Currently, we have 8 owners who can moderate base, accept all badges below, add/deduct points, clear reward rooms, etc.
