I decided to join the United Nation because I prefer the type of pay system they have compared to other agencies that I have worked in. Here at the United Nation, you will never get worried that you won't get paid, because you can get paid at anytime you want (Of course if you got 10k Pay points). As well as the UN has a unique system for payment and promotion, this encourages everyone to work hard, because they all know that even if you get 1 reward, you will still get the points no matter what. This could benefit everyone from all around the world or people who are just busy in real life. 80% of the other agencies have a payment time, which is really lame. Sometimes you can miss the pay time and never get paid until the next pay time.
I believe that this makes the UN very special compared to other agencies, as well as we should always remember that this is a game, of course, you can roleplay, but not that far. An agency should be friendly and has a fair system. Just like the United Nations. Thank you for this amazing community!
