One thing I also had to consider before joing the UN was the way people were promoted. Like pay systems, there is a variation of promotional systems thorughout habbo. However, one of the most unique thing about UN is there has yet to be another agency with something along the lines when we are talking about how people climb the ranks here. The biggest pay system we see in habbo is the manual promotion where a superior promotes you after observing your hard work. While this seems logical and fair at first glance, the system is full of flaws. Me myself being quite a good sweet talker, I do not see how a person with the same temperament will not get away with attracting a superior's attention and more potential promotional chances. Having observed other bases, it is obvious many employees use this tactic. Meanwhile, harder working and more introveted employees who spend hours at FTF are ignored. In a world like habbo, presence is not measured in time, but how much you stand out. With UN's system, it not only prevents swaying, but also fair chance ot people who do not talk as much. One of the biggest stand out of UN is everything in the system is pretty much mathematical which offers fair and logical rewards rather than a instinctual cue.
