I saw this (local) movie trailer the other day. It's better if you check out the link below first before you continue reading for better understanding of this topic.

So, I searched google for it and apparently EHS or Electro-magnetic Hyper-sensitivity Syndrome according to the World Health Organization (WHO) is real. That it is happening in our world today. So the phrase "everything in moderation" still holds true. Too much of everything is bad for you, even the good stuff like medicine can damage your kidneys in the long run.
In this day and age of advancement, can you survive without wifi, or social media or anything related to the internet or modern technology? Imagine waking up one day without having to check your phone for messages. Picture it, how can you tell your friends to meet up and hangout if you don't have a phone, no landline, no messenger, no facetime, no nothing?
My take on this movie, although I haven't seen it yet, is stick to "moderation".
Yes, everything should be done in moderation. Pace yourself. Give yourself enough time to enjoy life minus the technology. If you're a kid/teen, go out with your friends and run around, do sports, climb trees. If you're too old for tree climbing, get your friends on a swimming party, do board games, do charades.
I know that most of our daily activities involve technology, and that we can't avoid not using it, but a little time off from it can be good for us. We might be missing out on more important things if we are so glued to the screen, so get up, move around and talk to that person beside you who is also busy tinkering on his/her phone, trust me it will be a worth it.
