When We First Met
Days ago, my sister bugged me to watch this Netflix original film entitled, “When We First Met”, it is a romantic comedy film released in 2018. She’s so persistent she didn't shut it till she made me view the film. Kidding haha I finally gave it a try because I got nothing left to do, and I thanked her a lot for recommending me such a wonderful movie. (I hope you will too, hehe)
I don’t want to spoil the film for you, but I feel like if I continue writing this, I may blurt out details which will ruin it for those who haven’t watched it yet. I’ll try my best though, not to spill anything! *winks*
It made me realize lots of things. I don’t know if it was my situation or it was because I’m the type who easily get swayed by words from anyone and fictional scenes in films and books, that it affected me so much.
Honestly, I am already on the process of healing, after less than a month of mourning and seeking for reason. What I've been through isn't about "love" haha how I wish... but it is much worse than a heartbreak, is actually about some sort of serious stuffs which will determine my future. Life threatening for me, yes. I did stupid things and I was blaming myself for chosing the wrong choices and such. Factors there were, time, people, the situation... but it was me. I am the reason for my misery.
"If only I could have a chance to do everything different, I could be..."
Quoting one of the lines of the leads... I think I've already given you a hint of the plot.
