Well, I haven't noticed any HR who have broken the rules thus far--aside from idling on workstations. I'd have to say yes. They call ATT to idlers, teach new agents on what to do, post screenies on the #UN-Support if ever no owner is active, remind other workers that an arrow within 2mins or less cannot be claimed, and etc. Though, I hope HRs should excel abit on socializing; some HRs have their very own "circle" and would not even bat an eye on other workers. We're all a bit community here so embracing everyone and being a bit friendly on others wont be bad.
