Hello everyone, PinkPolka9182.. here.
Today I bring you tips on how to survive through the summer heat and winter cold. The tips I have are pretty simple and just about anyone can do these. It is currently summer in the UK and Europe but winter in Australia and other places nearby.
Let's get into the article and see the tips!
Tip 1: Sunscreen
If you’re out in the sun this summer, don’t be caught without sunscreen. Sunscreen helps block the sun’s ultraviolet rays from damaging your skin, ultimately keeping your body safe. Make sure you’re buying SPF 15 or higher and frequently applying it. If you’re not using it correctly, the sun may still be doing harm to your skin.
Tip 2: Big Sunglasses
Cover those eyes this summer with a pair of big sunglasses, not only for the sun, but because big shades are fun! With this purchase, you’re protecting your eyes and face, and making a fashion statement in the process.
Tip 3: Great Swimwear
Wearing the right bathing suit at the pool or beach will not only boost your confidence but also make you feel summer ready. If you haven’t bought a new bathing suit in awhile, search online and on the racks. When you find the one that makes you feel like nobody can stop you, you’re on your way.
Tip 1: Stay healthy and avoid sickness
Cold weather may not directly cause colds, but cold season is definitely in full swing. You don't have to hole yourself up to avoid getting sick, you just need to take a little extra care get a good amount of sleep, wash your hands often, and stay active.
Tip 2: Heat yourself instead of the entire house
Heating yourself is more effienct than heating your entire house (especially if you live alone). Prepare your body for the winter seal off any unused rooms to save a little on heating costs. It's amazing what a good pair of socks or slippers will do.
Tip 3: Stay in bed
Nothing makes winter bearable quite as well as skin-on-skin contact. Stay in bed and hide under the covers with your favorite 98.6-degree human heat source. What you do from there is none of our business.
How to build up self confidence!
Good tips :)
