When it comes to diet for me, I don't read labels LOL. bad habit of mine is if the packaging says 'light' I go for it instantly thinking it's gonna make me trimmer! And snacks! Oh lord! I can snack on almost anything! At the moment my diet is awful!
Sometimes I would scroll past photos of instagram models with abs and go on a diet frenzy, which lasts for like 2 weeks before I give up and blame it on my face problem lol. Anyway really detailed article, might come back to it when i feel motivated again. Cheers C:
