I liked the previous competition which are the room building ones, maybe more of it in the future? (Maybe diff themes every month like halloween/summer/christmas/movie scenes etc.
Also:
monthly costume competitions (show off you best dance/summer/party outfits)
banner or poster making contests
habbo photo art contests (using habbo camera)
