Hi , i am currently doing my DoS Survey. Hope you guys will help me answer them.
1. Do you have any friends who quit/ transfer out in the middle of ranking up?
2.How do you feel about those people who quit/ transfer out half way?
3.How can we ensure that there would be lesser people quitting/transferring out now or in the future?

Yes, but they ended up returning to UN

Some people feel to much pressure at UN, while its great we have a much more relaxed atmosphere, this leads to increased disrespect from some members, and nothing can be done be about these people causing a scene as any GOV+ are often AFK when I am on, there must not be enough of them in my timezone. It is therefore understandable why an person may transfer to an Agency where they will be respected much more. I hold no grudge to people who transfer for any reason because they probably have a valid reason. As for quitting, people are busy in real life and have important things to get done, we cannot be angry or annoyed at that.
3.How can we ensure that there would be lesser people quitting/transferring out now or in the future?
Making sure that new agents are made to feel welcome in our agency, I'd say most of the people trained probably do not stay here, if we took more time with them they probably would. We need to ensure that people are respecting eachother, our current policies are not good enough to enforce this. I know people who have been on the edge of leaving due to our helpdesk/Training situation, people are filling up the the help desk instead of helping a Trainee, they need to be warned by higher ranks that this is not allowed!
