Question 3: How do you think population affects the United Nations?

Question 7: How would you improve our current Recruiting strategy?

Yes.

1. I'm an Ambassador at UN.

2. I feel great and happy to be working at United Nations, its a great fun place to work. Being many friendly people within the agency.

3. I think it has a big effect on United Nations as the more people we have in the base, generally the more people we have signing up.

4. Having less arguments in base, a method might be muting both parties and telling them to go to the conference hall to sort things out, as scenes do have an effect on what we look like as an agency.

5. We should have more people go "scout" for UN, meaning, going to rooms and advertising.

6. I think the current recruiting stragedy  is working steadily as always. I don't think there is any neccessary movements need to be taken to change the way it is now, as it still works and changing it wont possibly change anything.

7. Maybe getting more people at FTF to say "Hi Welcome to United Nations, come to my desk for a job" would help. As thats what it does say to do.

1. I'm a Provincial Leader.

1. I'm a Provincial Leader.

2. It's great most of the time, but recently theres been a lot of bullying.

3. It's harder to work when the room's full or there's lag.

4. Anti-bullying needs to be enforced.

5. Be friendly, outgoing, and guide the recruit through the process by answering any questions and helping to the best of my ability.

6. Its ineffective for mobile users, but otherwise quite simple. The registration process throws people off though.

7. For mobile users, maybe a UN app with the quizzes and forums and stuff? So they can register by flipping between apps rather than going on Safari or whatever and getting disconnected.

1. Provincial Leader

1. Provincial Leader

2. I really enjoy working at UN but recently there has been a lot of lower ranks being disrespectful to higher ranks

3. I think since we have more people it makes it harder for owners to distribute and upload rewarss to accounts since that always needs mentioning.

4. I think there needs to be less disrespect from workers, especially those from lower ranks as it seems to happen more from them.

5. More promotion in other rooms

6. I think it's harder for mobile device users

7. More active FTF Workers

Gov 800K

Question 2: How do you feel about working in the United Nations?

positive,motivated

Question 3: How do you think population affects the United Nations?

a little bit maybe idk, more pop is better.

Question 4: If you could think of one improvement to the population of base, either positive or negative, what would it be?

equality and fairness, no bias and no favoritism. Owners respect lower ranks, same for lower ranks.

Question 5: What would you do as a recruiting strategy to get people into the United Nations?

creating more UN game rooms to attract people. ex.falling furni, punch out... and then calling all people to come join UN because we are  fun.

Question 6: How affective is the current recruiting strategy in place now at the United Nations?

 It is quiteee goodddd

Question 7: How would you improve our current Recruiting strategy?

 see question 5

I agree with the game rooms

I agree with the game rooms

We do have game rooms, DOE

We do have game rooms, DOE host them when UN pop goes 45+

response

1. I am an OOA Junior Director

2. I like working at the UN; I like the people, the organization and that everyone is treated fairly despite what rank they are

3. Like with any other room within Habbo, the more popular it is the more visiters it has. The more populated the UN is, the more popular it is within Habbo and more people are willing the join

4. I dont think people interact with each other enough, especially the lower ranks. All the higher ranks seem to have their own clicks but I think to create a more welcoming enviornment, we should encourage people to talk and get to know each other

5. I think sending out more people to advertise would be a good place to start.

6. Its pretty good but I sometimes think the lower ranks dont know much how UN works so when people ask questions about it, they cant really answer them which could  discourage people from joining

7. Pretty much summed it up in the previous question. I think we should encourage recruiters at the front desk to know more about UN so when people ask questions before they join they will have the ability to answer them

Survey Response

Q1: What is your UN rank?

Special Agent (3000 RP)

Q2: How do you feel about working in the United Nations?

I'm enjoying it, and I've made lots of new friends.

Q3: How do you think population affects the United Nations?

More people are good, I guess, but sometimes the front desks get really crowded and there's heaps of people doing nothing, because they can't do anything.

Q4: If you could think of one improvement to the population of base, either positive or negative, what would it be?

More stations for people to work at, because the UN seems to be getting lots of new recruits everyday.

Q5: What would you do as a recruiting strategy to get people into the United Nations?

I'd advertise in lots of different rooms, and hold games and events to raise awareness for the UN.

Q6: How effective is the current recruiting strategy in place now at the United Nations?

The method outside of the base is fine, we're getting lots of visitors, it's the actual recruiting part that's not workING for some people.  It's just a bit hard getting trained for mobile users, as the app disconnects us when we switch apps to go to the website.

Q7: How would you improve our current Recruiting strategy?

I think we need to improve the strategy for mobile users, as I've suggested in another thread about how hard it is working with mobile people.  I'm on the iPad app, because my computer broke, so I really hope we can improve that.  A way to do that could be by having a seprate trainee motto for mobile users, and a motto for when they come back from the website.

Survey

Question 1: What is your UN rank?
Superior Leader

Question 2: How do you feel about working in the United Nations?
UN is a happy place to work in. The community is great and welcoming.

Question 3: How do you think population affects the United Nations?
Sometimes there is not many people in base, so less new people see UN.

Question 4: If you could think of one improvement to the population of base, either positive or negative, what would it be?
Find a way to encourage the lower and higher ranks to communicate more, improving the amount of newer agents in base.

Question 5: What would you do as a recruiting strategy to get people into the United Nations?
Advertise in other rooms. UN is not often at the top of the roomlist for population, which is where new people first see. We would need to keep population UP in UN to make the chance higher for others to 'stumble' on upon UN.

Question 6: How affective is the current recruiting strategy in place now at the United Nations?
I think the recruiting strategy is like an 8 out of 10. We can still improve.

Question 7: How would you improve our current Recruiting strategy?
The workers in FTF need to be active. These days I am seeing more and more people idling in the desks, and this discourages others to come get a job. If noone responds to you, why would you stay? We could help others out more, so we can spread the word about UN.

Answers:

Question 1: What is your UN rank?
<UN> Main Owner [Cyndii.] [2Mil]

Question 2: How do you feel about working in the United Nations?
I feel great and welcomed being apart of the UN community, like anything else UN does have it's ups and downs, negatives and postivies but by the end of the day, we are a great team all together, Agents to Founders. UN is one of the most fair and equal Agencys around Habbo Hotel. We do allow freedom of speech, equality, fairness, respect and Fun. UN has been through alot since opening and we have grown heaps together stronger then ever.

Question 3: How do you think population affects the United Nations?
The population within any Agency is very unpredictable, as Habbo Hotel is a game and every member within the community does have responsibilities and life commitments, it is understandable that in some stages the population within UN does go down. Every country is different, some countries starts school or work in different Months of the Year and some end sooner than others. But as the world travels around, we can notice that the population within Habbo Hotel does grow and sometimes decreases. As Main Owner i try not to worry so much about population because as long as we don't give up, UN will eventually go back to the top just like it always does and has been. Since UN has been opened , our population has only been growing bigger and stronger and I believe that the population within UN will always grow and it might be raining Today, but it can't rain forever.

Question 4: If you could think of one improvement to the population of base, either positive or negative, what would it be?
I believe the improvements to the population of UN base would be the lack of communication between staff members, because Habbo Hotel is virtual and over typing. It is very difficult to actually know how someone may be reacting or maybe even the way someone types can be placed out of context. Many members may view a text and classify it as "bullying" or "disrespect" but on the other screen there member had no intentions on being disrespectful. I believe that members should try to communicate things before jumping to conclusions or making accumptions. Some members may also take things too personally such as a simple joke. If we as in everyone within United Nations communicated with eachother more often, it would prevent alot of drama and conflict within UN.

Question 5: What would you do as a recruiting strategy to get people into the United Nations?
I believe that to improve on something big such as the population within UN, it requires a lot of team work not by 1 but by the whole UN community. Nothing is impossible, It is simple. If every single member within UN Agent to Owner worked together as a team to meet new members outside of the UN community, even if it's only 1 friend and encouraged atleast 1 new member within Habbo to join UN. It is already an improvement. We have over 24,000 members and if everyone just asked 1 person to join UN. We could already have doubled our population. I believe it is a good tasks to take on to every UN member considering it requires team work, and working along our peers. Our friendships will also grow within the community.
Members within special units , adding bonus tasks which will help encourage new members to join UN such as hosting Events for NON UN members and promoting UN. Asking members outside of UN to listen to the Radio and welcome them to our community, & Going out to public rooms and making new friends. Little things can make a big difference and outcome within the Future.

Question 6: How affective is the current recruiting strategy in place now at the United Nations?
Within United Nations, we currently do have some sense of a strategy within Special units and high ranks. Just like every strategy there are positive outcomes and negative outcomes, some Months we are doing fantastic and some Months we do horrible. Different members appoach differently and it's something we can not prevent. I believe our current recruiting strategy is fine but our goal is to include everyone within UN not just members within special units or high ranks. WE WANT Every single member within UN working together, helping eachother and making UN an Agency like no other. Our goals and objectives are strong and we wish to make them stronger as we grow and improve. We will improve UN together as one.

Question 7: How would you improve our current Recruiting strategy?
As Main Owner I would like to include more members within UN, despite our ranks by the end of the day we're all equal and we're all humans. I would like to improve our Recruiting strategy by making it a long goal project which will include every member within UN starting from Agents. I believe every member is bright and can make friends easily. As I mentioned before, all it takes it to Welcome someone new from the Habbo Hotel community to our UN community. Having members within UN to help us make a change, Improve and grow the future of UN.

1. Im currently LDR.

2. i feel like it has been a great experience from the past few months and i'm looking forward to a better UN.

3. I think population is a comparison to show how UN grows. How it continuosly improve itself to better serve its workers.

4.i think UNhas been quite or like few people are working. It's great for some because there will be more free seats and for some its bad because there will be few people to communicate with.

5.I don't think UN needs a new strategy like a whole new plan. I suggest that just do some small changes in the training part or recruiting part.

6.Its effective because UN grows everyday.

7. Explain our pointing system more detailed.

Response

Question 1: What is your UN rank? LDR

Question 2: How do you feel about working in the United Nations? I love working at UN. It is fun and most people are great to be around.

Question 3: How do you think population affects the United Nations? Negative - UN is getting quite big and the room sometimes becomes full depending on what time it is which makes it hard to enter. It also causes crowding at some of the areas. Positive - the more people in the room, the more fun it is as there are more people to interact with and do something with.

Question 4: If you could think of one improvement to the population of base, either positive or negative, what would it be? A BUDDY SYSTEM - i find that with the new agents there are things that they dont understand and need some extra help/guidence. So maybe we could have a group of people from a higher rank that help out the new recuits

Question 5: What would you do as a recruiting strategy to get people into the United Nations? UN doesnt really need a Recuiting strategy, there are already alot of people coming in to join everyday. But we could do a Flash Mob :D

Question 6: How affective is the current recruiting strategy in place now at the United Nations? we have a Strategy?? whatever it is it must be working becasue there are alot of people joining everyday and the population of UN is increasing.

Question 7: How would you improve our current Recruiting strategy? so many people idle at the front desks...it's funny. Also i think that the people at the front desks should know more about UN so that they are ready to answer any questions that people ask them.

Survey

Question 1: What is your UN rank?

<UN> Ambassador [554.5k]

Question 2: How do you feel about working in the United Nations?

I must say that I have never regretted my decision of joining UN at all. I joined UN a month ago and have enjoyed my stay in UN so far. UN has a fair set of rules and regulations which are constantly emphasized by high ranking members. These members have sufficient experience and knowledge when dealing with conflicts outbreak in base. A way to see whether an agency is good enough to contain their members is simply by looking at the methods higher ranks choose to use when handling problems in base. The lively vibe in base also entices me into being part of UN.

Question 3: How do you think population affects the United Nations?

From what I observe, population hasn’t been much of a problem in UN. Factors such as timezone and exam periods etc should be taken into account.

Question 4: If you could think of one improvement to the population of base, either positive or negative, what would it be?

I strongly believe that work culture is an important factor which will determine our members’ willingness to stay in UN. It will be good if we can strengthen the relationship between the higher ranks and the lower ranks. By encouraging communication among members and also taking the initiative to approach new members, members will have their own circle of friends whom they can talk to when they are having troubles in UN/Real.

Question 5: What would you do as a recruiting strategy to get people into the United Nations?

I have heard from a few agencies like Interpol and VS that they have a special unit which involves scouting in public rooms. The easiest target will be new Habbo Members who doesn’t have a job yet.

Question 6: How affective is the current recruiting strategy in place now at the United Nations?

Hmmmm, there are always room for improvements.

Question 7: How would you improve our current Recruiting strategy?

Besides keeping our FTF and FTTD members awake, we should also enhance UN’s presence in Habbo by going out to public rooms. For new Habbo users, they may not know what a job is for and how to go about doing it. Therefore, we can be the ones who take initiative to approach them, ask them to be friends and introduce them to UN.

Survey:

Q1: What is your UN Rank?

I am a Superior Leader [301k]

Q2: How do you feel about working at the United Nations?

I joined UN a little over two months ago, and I feel UN is one of the most fair agencies in Habbo today, the arrow system really ensures that you get for what your working for. Everyone is friendly and they know how to solve an argument when they see one.

Q3: How do you think population affects the United Nations?

The population in UN will have their ups and downs, with different timezones and lots of people starting school again, the population with bound to be a bit shakey. When the population is low, there are still usually people operating base, even though there is no one coming in, making a very boring hour or so for UN.

Q4:  If you could think of one improvement to the population of base, either positive or negative, what would it be?

Having a friendly atmostphere when working might boost UN's population, giving the vibe that UN is a place not just to work, but to make friends while doing it.

Q5: What would you do as a recruiting strategy to get people into the United Nations?

I would talk to my friends about UN, try to get them to transfer/join, and have them advertise UN to their friends, or maybe when there are no available work spaces for people to work in at the moment, maybe they should be tasked with advertising UN in other agencies.

Q6: How affective is the current recruiting strategy in place now at the United Nations?

There is always room for improvement on the recruiting strategy, however, it seems to work OK since UN grows quite a lot in the span of a day or two.

Q7: How would you improve our current Recruiting strategy?

Having the workers at FTF or SEC sending out more welcome messages, this will help newer habbo members feel welcomed into the UN community - and to help stop afking at stations.

Survey

Question 1: What is your UN rank?

- Provincial Leader

Question 2: How do you feel about working in the United Nations?

- It used to be a lot more interesting, but lately it's been pretty boring.

Question 3: How do you think population affects the United Nations?

- I think the issue here is not the room population, but the activeness of the population. There has been so many instances whereby the room pop was 30+ but yet most people are afk/not talking.

Question 4: If you could think of one improvement to the population of base, either positive or negative, what would it be?

- Manners. Some people need to chill. This is Habbo, not real life.

Question 5: What would you do as a recruiting strategy to get people into the United Nations?

- Maybe a referral programme? Instead of just allowing new agents to enter their recruiter's name during training, maybe we can allow them to enter a referrer's name as well (if applicable).

Question 6: How affective is the current recruiting strategy in place now at the United Nations?

- I think overall, it's alright, but training needs to be stepped up. I've encountered so many new agents whom, despite passing the trainee and agent quizzes, still do not understand how the arrow system works or what to do at the various work stations, etc.

Question 7: How would you improve our current Recruiting strategy?

- Ensuring that the FTF workers are awake at all times, getting them to type out more welcome messages to make visitors feel more welcomed.

"Minimum one sentence answer" Yes your answers are not one worded, but 2 or 3 words isn't a sentence either ;)

Question 1: What is your UN

Question 1: What is your UN rank?

Senior Commander

Question 2: How do you feel about working in the United Nations?

Feels like I HAVE to be on at least once a day.

Question 3: How do you think population affects the United Nations?

I think the population affects the UN, because it shows how many people are committed to working here and who wants to rank up.

Question 4: If you could think of one improvement to the population of base, either positive or negative, what would it be?

Probably like more events with the whole business come together. The DOE is doing a great job by getting people to play games, but like, getting tons more people than like 10 people should be an improvement.

Question 5: What would you do as a recruiting strategy to get people into the United Nations?

Shorten the training guide. I feel like it can shorten a lot smaller. The reminders are good, it's mainly about the first part that can be changed.

Question 6: How affective is the current recruiting strategy in place now at the United Nations?

It is pretty affective, but like I said before about the shortening the beginning part, we can get more people to understand what is needed to be done.

Question 7: How would you improve our current Recruiting strategy?

Just shorten the beginning

calypso_

Question 1: What is your UN rank?

GOV Minister [435K]

Question 2: How do you feel about working in the United Nations?

I was genuienly surprised when I started at UN, the easy breezy attitude but also strong work that comes with the UN. I love the freedom I feel, having visited other agencies and had people yelling at me for colored text boxes when I was only visiting was one of those little things that really makes me appreciate the UN. I feel great coming in, knowing that I honestly belong to one of the best group of people in Habbo.

Question 3: How do you think population affects the United Nations?

Population definitely affects every single aspect of UN. If numbers are low, it gives people in base a chance to really socialize outside their normal groups. But when it's high, that's when we're getting slammed with new recruits, and that's just more new friends to be made. I notice I get 10X more random stranger friend requests when pop is high, and I really love it.

Question 4: If you could think of one improvement to the population of base, either positive or negative, what would it be?

I would love to just see more people at UN, new recruits are my favorite, because it opens an opportunity to watch someone grow in the community. I would really love to see the AFK thrones taken to another room. This could increase work space for people wanting to earn arrows from hard work. It would also mean that pop would have more space to bring in people who actually want to be a part of base, and not just afk. I understand how having AFK areas are essential if you'll only be away for a short amount of time. But the space where people are AFKing and not participating in UN life, is another number that could have a new recruit. While thinking that, it could also reflect negatively on pop, but I think in the long run, it would really open up a whole new area or space where people can work and interact and not just be AFK.

Question 5: What would you do as a recruiting strategy to get people into the United Nations?

I think our strategies are amazing, I've sometimes seen more random people at DOE events than actualy UN employees. I think this can be really essential. People love playing Habbo games. And if we advertised our agency at these events more heavily. Actually had recruiters in the room to speak to people who don't belong to UN, we could really pull in new people who would come to love the UN as much as the rest of us do.

Question 6: How affective is the current recruiting strategy in place now at the United Nations?

I see people being recruited every single day. I think right now, it's steady and good for how small our training areas is, hopefully as we grow, our capacity for training and even work stations will grow as well.

Question 7: How would you improve our current Recruiting strategy?

I wouldn't, I think it's been working wonderfully for our size.

Question 1: What is your UN

Question 1: What is your UN rank?

<UN> Commander [73.75k]

Question 2: How do you feel about working in the United Nations?

It is an great place to work, I have enjoyed meeting new people and I have had fun doing it.

Question 3: How do you think population affects the United Nations?

Generally, the higher the population the more visitors (anyone outside of UN) will come into HQ, curious as to what it is and that in turn, may make them join and they will increase population while working, and that cycle continues.

Question 4: If you could think of one improvement to the population of base, either positive or negative, what would it be?

Advertising in PUBLIC rooms but NOT agencies could be a good place to get curious people to come in and find out what we're about.

Question 5: What would you do as a recruiting strategy to get people into the United Nations?

Maybe hosting more DoE events could be a start, as I've seen more non-UN users at the events than actual workers at the events, so that could get more people interested in our agency.

Question 6: How affective is the current recruiting strategy in place now at the United Nations?

As much as the trainee guide is helpful, I still often see agents confused as to what to do when they are recieving their first reward, which may stop the coming back if they are getting confused about the most crucial part of our agency. So maybe explaining that or encouraging new agents to ask questions about how to claim their reward could stop that.

Question 7: How would you improve our current Recruiting strategy?

Shorten the training script, and just mainly leave the trainee guide to do all the work. Maybe, add some wired in training area that tells the trainees what to do if there is no trainer.

Survey

Question 1: What is your UN rank?

Chairman

Question 2: How do you feel about working in the United Nations?

I feel like working in the UN can be a multitude of things dependant on population and members online and in base.

Question 3: How do you think population affects the United Nations?

Population greatly affects the UN. Without high population recruiting and transferring new members is difficult as there are numerous agencies that have a consistantly high population.

Question 4: If you could think of one improvement to the population of base, either positive or negative, what would it be?

Provide incentives for UN members to go and seek new members from public rooms. Currently special units are trying to expand population however, if you are not in a special unit you would need an incentive to go out of your way to advertise the UN.

Question 5: What would you do as a recruiting strategy to get people into the United Nations?

I have previously read someone suggesting a flash mob. I think this would be a good idea, especially if the UN members were dressed in themed outfits which has been seen in base anyway. Potentially Owners themselves could go out to the public rooms, as they are well known and would be more likely to gain members.

Question 6: How affective is the current recruiting strategy in place now at the United Nations?

All the training information is available however, new agents very rarely read the guides and solely rely on help from generous UN members. Therefore I do not think it is the effective.

Question 7: How would you improve our current Recruiting strategy?

Roles could be established that guide the new agents until they gain their first reward. For instance the help desk can be a very laid back role, this could be developed by having staff mobilise.

Answer to survey

Question 1: What is your UN rank?

High Managemenet : Overseer

Question 2: How do you feel about working in the United Nations?

I like it very much, compared to other agencies I have worked at before. There is much more freedom and people are much more nicer as there is less competition between coworkers. Also I like the autonomy that is provided by the Habboun online platform.

Question 3: How do you think population affects the United Nations?

Well the workers density affects of course the amount of arrows you will receive (lol). But honestly, I have never really encountered or noticed any major problems related to population in UN. If I try to think of something in might be that, if there are a lot of people afking at the thrones, they might be taking room spaces for those who actually want to work, in the eventuality that the room is full.

Question 4: If you could think of one improvement to the population of base, either positive or negative, what would it be?

I don't know if you are talking about the amount of people or just the people in themselves, but I will assume it is the second one. I would be more severe towards seat hunters/stealers, as I have noticed that they are the main cause of dispute inside the UN. Also I would provide more than just the owners, with the ability to kick people, like trolls, etc. As I have witnessed some important issues with this in the past.

Question 5: What would you do as a recruiting strategy to get people into the United Nations?

I honestly think we don't need more or less recruits. I fell like we have a right amount of people who join daily. But if recruiting is found to be necessary, I would create a room, labeled under the UN room and create events. I would use the events to recruit people, because isn't that how it works in real life. Use some workers of higher ranks to host events on a voluntary basis or as `"missions".

Question 6: How affective is the current recruiting strategy in place now at the United Nations?

I think it is effective, but if getting more recruits is something we need, then I think beeing more "out there" is what we need. We need more visibility!

Question 7: How would you improve our current Recruiting strategy?

As mentioned under Question 5, create events outside the main UN base/office.

SURVEY!

Question 1: What is your UN rank?

Provincial Leader

Question 2: How do you feel about working in the United Nations?

It's really nice to work in UN, I've tried checking out other agencies and I find UN's pay system and how it is right now is great rather than the other agencies I've checked out.

Question 3: How do you think population affects the United Nations?

When the population is low the base is kinda less lively and there are less people coming in and it gets boring in the work stations because there is no one to entertain, and mostly UN members end up afking or leaving the base. When the UN is in a high population, there are a lot of newcomers coming in because they see the base so lively and it comes out fun for their point of view.

Question 4: If you could think of one improvement to the population of base, either positive or negative, what would it be?

I think we need to have an event IN THE BASE to keep the UN members and non-UN coming.

Question 5: What would you do as a recruiting strategy to get people into the United Nations?

I remember when UN hit 50 population because of one of the UN DJ's giveaways. I think if we have more giveaways, not only for UN members, but also for non-UN we could recruit more and the base wouldn't be so low. Also the giveaways could be a great opportunity to promote a game from UN if the giveaways are over, so we can still keep the non-UN coming regularly on our events and might end up joining UN. Of course we have to say "Do you have UN account?" and when people say no we can tell them to join and such.

Question 6: How affective is the current recruiting strategy in place now at the United Nations?

To be honest, there are a lot of habbo phone users and some of them stop finishing the training when they find out that they have to go to a web because they're on phone and it's hard for them, also not to mention on how they control the furnitures, like levers, elevators, etc. Although some of them are motivated to join UN, but they eventually won't come back after and we don't know the reasons. It's either they find it boring. Some trainee's on phone do list down what to do, but 50% of them don't come back once they leave.

Question 7: How would you improve our current Recruiting strategy?

Workers somewhere in TRN+ should at least guide new agents until they get their first reward, especially those on phones because they can't see the scoreboards which make them ask what is the rooms are for and they end up leaving with no record of their reward on the scoreboard.

tonia's answer's.

Question 1: What is your UN rank? SM.

Question 2: How do you feel about working in the United Nations? It's been alright.

Question 3: How do you think population affects the United Nations? Well once we get a full base noone can get in. Anyway you can make a backup base, only if 1st base is full. We could make a thing about it.

Question 4: If you could think of one improvement to the population of base, either positive or negative, what would it be? So that others can do work as well as earn rewards, is making a second base only if 1st base is full. Also to take new recruits(agents) on a tour. That way everyone can earn rewards.

Question 5: What would you do as a recruiting strategy to get people into the United Nations? Go patroling. Which means going to welcome lounge, hc club room, or anywhere not at a military or base and advertising UN.

Question 6: How affective is the current recruiting strategy in place now at the United Nations? It's alright. We get recruits every so often.

Question 7: How would you improve our current Recruiting strategy? Start a special unit about patroling. And just doing that. Earn points for more people to join. Highest number wins x amount of points.

Question 1: What is your UN rank?

Currently Overseer

Question 2: How do you feel about working in the United Nations?

I recently came back from a long hiatus due to college, i feel rather simple. You work hard and you'll get paid accordingly, you'll get to meet new friends here and i think its pretty awesome knowing that they might be in a different timezone. Working in the UN is legit, the roleplay. Its fun only when you make some friends around :-) I also do like the fairness there is inside, corruption rate is less. I do have a suggestion though, maybe the new owners can be more approachable?

Question 3: How do you think population affects the United Nations?

It depends actually on the crowd on the hotel itself. People do have to carry on with their personal life. Super unpredictable. Sometimes the population on the hotel itself can be quite low and not much people are looking for a job, others might be just here for the party or games. It affects the UN's new recruitment perentage to a lower count. I think UN is one of the few agencies that actually have working people throughout the week, and never to fail to have more than 20 people in the room.

Question 4: If you could think of one improvement to the population of base, either positive or negative, what would it be?

I think UN is lacking of motivation, like when someone is DJing. Sometimes there wouldn't be any listeners or less the 5 who would tune in. It would be awesome to hire more DJs in the UN. Motivation for work, maybe more incentives would really excite new recruits or current employees, for example after you reach a certain amount to points you get a bonus (10points and above) while working besides only for those who are training trainees. I do think people at the desk should be more responsive, when i came back to the UN a few days back it probably took me 5-7 mins to get help on who to ask to reactivate my account on the site. I had to personally asked a friend in the UN to get help. Mind that, there was a full row of people on the desk.

Oh! and do we have a Department of Discipline?(DOD) I think we should, some people in the UN can be quite disrespectful and hurt the other. Maybe in this department they can excercise detentions, suspensions etc. Create follow up tests to main the knowledge of our rules here. idk hahaha but why not right? :-) i can give further details you'd like.

Question 5: What would you do as a recruiting strategy to get people into the United Nations?

This suggestion might cause a loss for the agency but I still -say, you'll get 1c when a new trainee sign up and work at least to get 5 points on your first day. Habbo should create a JOB FAIR similar to a job fair in real life haha. Where all the agencies come together and find new recruits, i totally think thats a cool idea.

Question 6: How affective is the current recruiting strategy in place now at the United Nations?

I'd probably rate it a 6/10. I don't know how many new recruits we get in a day but i usually see 1-5, sometimes 3/5 of them are successful.

Question 7: How would you improve our current Recruiting strategy?

Maybe do a time limit on the training session, i spent 35mins on one of the trainees and she is completely lost. I have guided her step by step how to go to the website, where to find the trainee guide etc. I am not sure if she was trolling me but she became non-responsive at times and her reasons were "I am playing Habboretro". Maybe at times like this we can have a automatic switch to Slurpee the person or kick.

Survey

Question 1: What is your UN rank?

Senior Member (81.5k)

Question 2: How do you feel about working in the United Nations?

I honestly feel great working at UN. It's organized and the community/family itself is a wonderful thing. I've only been to one other agency before I applied for UN and I rather disliked the previous agency because people just went for the Habbo coins. Here in UN you make friends, laugh, play games, and you rank up or get paid as long as you work hard. I don't see myself leaving UN.

Question 3: How do you think population affects the United Nations?

I know the population is extremely important for an agency to be better. I think we should host a few events for people to wanna come and join our family.

Question 4: If you could think of one improvement to the population of base, either positive or negative, what would it be?

Maybe an Open House? An event where non-members can just come and ask questions. We should tell non-members why it's worth it to become a part of our community and what distinguish us from other agencies. I noticed ever since I became part of UN, a lot of new recruits don't even come back to work after passing their trainee quiz. I think population will increase if we have more loyal and dedicated members.

Question 5: What would you do as a recruiting strategy to get people into the United Nations?

As much as I wanna say we should offer an incentive if people sign up (like get free coins for being a member), I rather say no. If people come for the money, they will only be there for the money. And if they're not getting the money they're expecting, they will leave easily. I think what UN needs to work on is Quality over Quantity. If you have quality members, it will eventually increase the population growth of UN.

Question 6: How affective is the current recruiting strategy in place now at the United Nations?

I say 50/50. I think what we need to work on the front desk is not just get straight to the point right away. I think a little convo starter wouldn't hurt just to make an impression that here at UN, we're a family and we don't think of non-members as just another number.

Question 7: How would you improve our current Recruiting strategy?

A little hey, how are you, how's your day been, and telling them your name before you ask them if they want a job wouldn't hurt. Befriend them. Personally me, when I am going around the hotel checking out other rooms or when I promote my own room to make friends, I also bring up UN and how it is such a great place to make friends & earn at the same time.

Question 1: What is your UN

Question 1: What is your UN rank?
Head Trainer

Question 2: How do you feel about working in the United Nations?

Good agency. Bright, spacious, elegant base design. Pay system rewards for working or afk, motiviation to work.

Question 3: How do you think population affects the United Nations?

Definitely higher the populations, the better it is. We would appear as a active and good agency. However, we are slightly different. I see some agency bring their alt (mostly new account) to afk to boost population.
With the AFK at thrones reward, those who AFK are active players. Instead of alternatives account. So, we actually have 'REAL' players inside our room. Instead of '4 real players' @ FTF, '4 Real players AFKING' & '16 alternate account afking'

Question 4: If you could think of one improvement to the population of base, either positive or negative, what would it be?

Im not sure about the maximum room population. Its 50 for my rooms. No idea about UN. If its only 50, there might be a problem when our room get really packed. We could have a lot of staff inside base. Perhaps like 40 ? Which left 10 space. It could be a problem. But thats for habbo to change the maximum players in room.

Question 5: What would you do as a recruiting strategy to get people into the United Nations?

I dont have any good recruiting stratgey in mind. Trying to think of new ideas now after reading this question. Although i dont have good recruiting strategy but i can name bad recruiting stragety. When i was a Agent in UN, players joined our room and whisper if i woud like to transfer to them at higher rank points. Its a deliberate stealing of staff. Seems like the agency is desperate and not a honorable thing to do.

Question 6: How affective is the current recruiting strategy in place now at the United Nations?

I think its wonderful. High populations. Reward system motivates staff to work. So FTF always have staff manning the desk.

Question 7: How would you improve our current Recruiting strategy?

Perhaps we can send staff to go public places to try to recruite. However it shouldnt be spamming the chats. An example if entering a public room and advertise once. We wait for respond and entetain any prospect who are interested in joining us. We should probably use whisper to these prospect, to not annoy the public. There would be trolls and haters from other agency or individuals. We should ignore if possible. Reply in whisper if necessary. Not to argue with them.

We could have a department for such advertising. With a certain high rank to supervise the room.

For example, Operations & above is available & wants to advertise, he/she would find a lower rank to join the operation to advertise. The lower rank would excute his duties and operation would be there to supervise. If the lower rank has problems, they would consult operation & operations to guide & correct the lower rank. Operation also to handle the trolls & haters.

As for pay system, i dont have any idea for a fair and justificable system in mind. My idea have flaws in it. If the public want to join, when making forum account, to add the lower rank & operation ign into 'Recruiter'. As for the current 'Recruiter', we can change it into 'Trainer'.

However there are flaws just as the Trainee forgets the lower rank & operation ign. Also, staff could be abusing and fake it.
