On friday night, a transaction was made by an Administrator which instead of adding 1 helmet to peoples accounts, they've added 10, in light of this mistake some of you have claimed pay and converted pay to rank points for points you never should have had, now I've spent some time and reversed each of these transactions so if you were one of the few who has claimed pay from those points you shouldnt have had, your pay points will be a minus amount, this will mean that you will have to earn the minused amount back before your pay points are set back to 0 and you can start earning points again. I'd like to apologise for any inconvienience with this matter and in future, to prevent things like this happening, if you notice any points in your account that should not be there, contact an admin or higher immediately so we can look into the situation. This one error has caused quite alot of issues with our points system and has taken a long time to reverse the transactions.

JunhoYing - Pay points are now -3,000
FunStevie - Pay points are now -5,000
Vazious - Pay points are now 8,000
Reminiscing - Pay points are now 5,000
Oreo - Pay points are now 30,000
MeChoco - Pay points are now -6,000
If your points have been minused in result of pay point converting and you'd like them set back to zero, you can contact me and I will deduct the amount of points you converted and then fix this issue, your also fine to keep them the way they are and just simply earn back the helmets to get your pay points value back to zero.
