<UN> Fourth Community Conference

The United Nation’s fourth Community Conference was held last Friday (June 18th). The event this time was conducted by the entire Foundation Team.
We’ve compiled all the essentials into minutes for members who missed the event and for members who wish to have a look back. The conference lasted for around 1 hour and a half with lots of content to cover and many thoughts to hear from our community!
The objectives of the conference were (A) to present the new changes to be implemented into the agency, (B) to host a Q&A session between UN’s Foundation Team and the audience.

A) PRESENTATION OF IDEAS
The first section of the conference aimed to introduce the new plans to be implemented by 1st July 2021. In this segment, we also asked for the participation of the audience to see their viewpoints of the proposed items.
➼ First change: New adjustments in ranks from MOD to Ownership
“Due to our community growing more and more than ever before, we are noticing an influx of members ranking up way too fast from GOV to MOD, MOD to OOA and OOA to Owner. So we feel the need to adjust the ranks between those divisions again.
The new changes would be:
Moderator (600k RP) -> 800k RP
OOA (1M RP) -> 1.2M RP
Ownership (2M RP) -> 2.4M RP
You still have until 30th June to grind your way up.”

Something that was raised as a concern was about what would happen to those who won’t be able to reach the new requirement by the end of June. The answer is that you won’t be losing the rank and you WON’T be removed, however, we do encourage everyone to grind arrows if they wish to rank up but remember that the requirements to enter MOD, OOA, OWN still stand so do grind at your own risk! For example, those who are already 800k (which will be the new minimum for MOD) will stay at their current rank points but those who are below 800k will be bumped up so they can be at the minimum.
➼ Second change: New adjustments in transfer limits from LDR to Ownership
“We’ve decided to increase our transfer limit as well and the offers given BEFORE this meeting will remain the same.”
The new changes would be:
Leadership+ (80k RP) -> 100k RP
Trial OOA (150k RP) -> 300k RP
OOA (250k RP) -> 400k RP
Ownership Level C (350k RP) -> 500k RP
Ownership Level B (450k RP) -> 600k RP
Ownership Level A (550k RP) -> 700k RP
Founder / Main Owner (600k RP) -> 800k RP”
