The United Nation’s third ever Community Conference was held recently last Saturday (June 26th). The event this time was conducted by the Ownership Team and one of our OOA members. The objectives of the conference were (A) to present potential plans to be implemented into the agency, (B) to brief members on important updates made to the agency guidelines, (C) to inform members of a special announcement, and (D) to host a Q&A session between UN’s Ownership Team and the audience
The conference lasted around 3 hours; hence we have provided this minute with all the highlights for everyone to view. For members interesting in looking back at the conference event, you may watch majority of it recorded by Trial OOA AceBushy here (YouTube link).

A) PRESENTATION OF IDEAS
The first section of the conference aimed to introduce and revive plans to be implemented into the agency. Such ideas included potential ones and confirmed ones. In this segment we also asked for the participation of the audience to see their viewpoints of the proposed items.
First idea: Return of the Top Recruiters Program
“…We have been thinking of bringing this program back around Christmas time at the end of the year or early 2020. Instead of it being a weekly competition, this will be done monthly.”

Important update! After listening to the input from the audience and much discussion, changes have been made to the now launched DISCORD VIP PERKS. The VIP club now has 3 types instead of 4: VIP Super (500c), VIP Ultra (1000c), and VIP Premium (1500c).
Perks have also been increased and spiced up; for more information please check out the #announcements channel on the <UN> Discord server. Seek any one <UN> Ownership member to get yourself a VIP or for a friend!
Last Plan: Introduction of the MOD division
“The new Moderators role in UN will give members a sense of what it feels like to be part of the Foundation Team. Our goal is to ensure members feel confidence and certainty once they have accumulated the right amount of rank points to become an OOA.”

1) Addressing the increasing cases of the poor performances of members filling various stations, followed by an action plan implemented to tackle the issue.
