I'm here to announce that a new unit has just been opened.
Department of Source
This department aims to give members of UN a more in-depth field of work into their current ranks so that it gives them an opportunity to earn rank points while they are operating a task relevant to their ranks.This is hopefully to provide the members with an experiential journey through the course of their rank, and hence is to prepare them for the next level of rank.
So if you're in need of some extra rank points, why not give our department a try. ;)

To Budagusta and for further elaboration,
The DOS aims to have its members play their role in UN to be a source of education and leading guide for the work stations that are being operated by different ranks. This is executed by a variety of leading and guiding tasks aside from the natural need to document happenings within base to further evaluate situations before applying jurisdiction as they imply authority.
The DOS aims at character building for the individuals whom are to join, in terms of
!1) Engaging lower ranks in terms of supervision and reviewing of the quality of service provided on a work station
(2) Leadership based upon the value of community which focuses its activities on rapport-building in base
(3) Upholding pre-requisite level of discipline within members to ensure they display an exemplary character before leading can take place.
