For a while now I have noticed that members are tranferring people to Leadership rank. NOBODY should be offering Leadership unless they are trasnferring from VS.
Even so if they are trasnferring from VS we offer them the same rank. BUT we subtract all the points they are able to get from quizzes. For exampe lets say they are 200k in VS. We will offer them 161k because 1k + 2k + 3k + 4k + 6k + 8k + 15k = 39k (I add up all the points they can get from taking quizzes) then I subtract 39k from 200k making it 161k. This means they will transfer to UN as 161k.
Only rank that can trasnfer to Leadership is Owner. Only rank that can transfer above leadership are Main Owners.
You can only transfer above leadership with a Main Owner approval. This means that you ask a Main Owner if you can transfer a certain person a Leadership rank. You can not offer them the rank and just tell the Main Owner that you transfer them that rank. You must ask for approval.
ALL RANKS EXCEPT OWNERS CAN ONLY TRASNFER UP TO THE LOWEST RANK OF SM.
