Today I had a horrible experience with an owner telling me to go do something I did not want to do. (Owner will be nameless). They told me an hour after the incident of my rufusal to work a position that I would not be getting 3000 pay points from the current time's leaderboard because I refused to work a spot. This owner has been threatening me and others all night long and yelling at people to go work at places. I think that this owner has been very rude and they should not be an owner here if they want this place to grow because I am almost at the point where I am just going to tell everyone to stay away from UN and rather go to VS, because their owners don't care what you do, or where you work. As long as you are not afk at workstations and are actually working, they won't bug you.
At this point in time, I have no doubts that once i reach 10k PP, I will be getting out of here.
The rude owner has now banned me from the room. I would appreciate it if someone else could contact me so I can explain my reasoning. Thanks for being so mature. :)
That person was actually an Admin, not an owner. I am the owner, and the actions they took were the right thing to do, I was told all about this situation, you were asked to FTF twice and given 2 warnings, you refused to. FTF is priority above other work station and when someone higher rank gives you an order, you are expected to do so. Your pay points were removed because you refused to do what an admin told you to do twice, you then told them "You can't make me" and proceeded to telling people to work at VS, Now I've removed your room ban, but if this behaviour continues from you, I will permanently ban you from the room myself and fire you.
I will not tollerate my workers threatening to tell people to go to VS rather than UN, if you want to get paid, you need to work its as simple as that. If there are any more disturbances from you in my agency, I will be dealing with you myself.
