nutella_26 approached me at the help desk today and told me that while collecting her points at rewards room 11 she was teleported to the sofa after sitting inside collecting her points. She also mentioned that after she got teleported to the sofa, the timer still had 0:19 seconds left. She does not have screen shots as evidence and I am not sure how else I could assist her. Could someone help to solve her problem as ownership people are not available in the base when she came to be with her problem.

Unfortunately without screenshots nothing can be done about it, screenshots act as evidence which makes the whole process fair and equal. If it was to happen again you can advise her to get screenshots for evidence next time.
As an additional tip, Cyndii mentioned some time back that if you're going to record your points, make sure to click only on the gate and not go straight and sit on the chair as you may encounter some glitch.
