Transfering users I am getting asked "how long will this take" in general how long does it take for a transfer to be done after LDR or GOV requests? Or to be safe, how long should we tell them?
Also, when asked how many owners we have here, I list the ones on the website but am noticing there are more then that? How do we know who is an owner/how many there are?

It all depends on how quick the transferee takes to register, read the guide, and take the quiz. It could take 20 minutes, who knows? You shouldn't have to worry about LDR or GOV requests because your offer limit is 80k.
If you look on the black badge that says OWN in gold, you can look at who are the owners and how many there are.
