I have recently become an agent at the UN and i still do not understand the rank system. What i want to know is how you can become higher than an agent and how to become a VIP in the UN.

To become a higher rank, you have to work hard and collect rewards ( The Arrow that moves every 5 minutes ). Given 1-3 days and sometimes a few hours, the rewards that you have collected will be processed into your account here on the UN website ( Which is 250 pay points and 250 rank points for every 1 reward point that you have collected. ) Make sure to check your account on this website to see if your points have been updated by clicking on "My Account" and looking at the left side under your Profile Picture. If your points have changed, you can click "Utilities" and select the "Rank List" tab and see if your points match any rank. If it does, you can promote yourself to the appropriate rank.
To become a VIP in the UN, it would cost 20c which should be traded to an OWN as well as requesting the badge. Keeping in mind that if it's someone that doesn't work in the UN that wants the VIP badge, they'll only have access to the Lounge, they don't have access to the Base.
