I won an award and went to Reward Room No. 5 with an Owner but it still says i haven't gotten my reward here yet... is there a reason for that? Will I get it or is there a mistake? My username on Habbo is thebeeman123.

Reward Not Showing Up
Not sure if you have had this question answered via help desk in base, but I'll say it here.
It takes 1-3 days for owners to manually update the site. It doesn't do it automatically. You will get it eventually!
