Hello guys!
I was working for over and hour today and twice I got no reward. The first time I dced so that's on me but the second time I went to Reward Room 4. I didn't realize it was full until after the 30 secs when I realized the board didn't record my reward. Help desk told me to talk to Cyndii. but I didn't have the time to stay and wait till she came to the room. What should I do now? Is my reward just not recorded and there's nothing I can do about it? I have a screen shot of me in the room with the reward notification saying I've signed up for one reward but the board doesn't have my name on it.

I'm not sure if this has been answered at the Help Desk yet, but I'll say it just in case :) If you happen to accidentally sit in a chair with a full board, just take a screenshot of the message saying you've signed up for one reward, with the board. Some KEY THINGS that owners are looking for in screenshots:
- The Board BEFORE you've fully claimed it
- The Board AFTER you've failed to claim it
- Room number
If you have a screenshot(s) that you think has enough information, you can let an owner know, and you can share the screenshot with them via Habboun.com > Messages.
