What is your trigger

(ASMR) Autonomous sensory meridian response is

"a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound"

It is easy to experience that sensation in real life, but through ASMR videos I have never felt the tingles :( how about you, has any ASMR videos succeeded in giving you that sensation, or are you simply immune?

We call these particular sounds, triggers ~(0.0)~ do you have trigger(s)?

My favorite trigger is hair brushing -- when I was younger and my mum would brush my hair, it was a very satisfying feeling

I also like soft speaking as a trigger, but that is only in ASMR videos because I don't think I want someone talking so closely to me for over 30mins

I never got into ASMR videos.

I never got into ASMR videos.  I don't get them but I know people that like them. Before my car accident 3 years ago My friend told me to watch the video and I did and it was this lady eating a pickel and the sound was loud.  I saw "What is this"?  He said it's an ASMR video that people ;ike me like to watch to relax.  Lol, I laughed and told him that sound was getting me me.  Like it was getting on my nerves.

Goodness me

I am not a fan of loud sounds :( it can be entertaining to watch them do things that create stronger or sharper sounds but when it comes to sleeping I will always choose something softer

I have never eaten pickles...pickles on pizza look good....:(
