Why I decided to join the UN [Owners that give a damn vs owners that do not give a damn]

Hello,

Theres a saying "I would rather sail in a bad ship with a good captain, than a good ship with a bad captain." I feel like this quote relates much to why I chose the UN. It is apparent, that it is very hard for owners to maintain a good relationship with their staff, but it is essential that they have one that is close knit as possible. A perfect example of what can go wrong if the owner staff relationship is bad is my time at Virtual Spies. I did not know the owners name until I got fired. I was fired for accusement of double jobbing (I wore the most basic SS badge on a monitoring operation and I forgot to take it off). Till this day, I feel wronged and if I realized the owner was that stubborn of a person I would have went else where earlier. However, this is an extreme example. Now most agencies do not have a negative relationship, but rather an indifferent one. From what I have seen, most have never spoken to an owner and the owners usually do not converse unless it gets dead serious and some are ususally not on. UN owners possess traits opposite relative to most other agencies. Our founder cyndii is one of the strongest personalities I have ever met being on habbo. It is very hard to show your character fully on a virtual world like this, but our owner is contrary to this fact. She possesses mercy and tenacity, opposing idiosyncrancies just like water and oil. She put mercy on me during our first confrontation, but still I felt her power. Shes grinding nonstop day and night being a mother, but yet she can still also find the time to be the mother of our community. For this reason, I decided to come back and help.
