This means you was deducted for some reason, it should be more descriptive but you could of been deducted for AFKing/Idling, misbehaving in base.
If you have any concerns or if you wish to appeal against it please, come into base, find a owner for further guidance :)
I always have like expired points but I never afk-ed? Also, once I went to get help from a guy at help desk regarding the expired points too. He told me it's just a glitch on the system. I have -16 rewards from Sunday, 9/6/2015. I would always get minus xx rewards for no reason. I promise you I never afk-ed so I don't get why I don't receive my rewards. I earned like four rewards four-five days back and it was never uploaded. This is not the first time my rewards weren't uploaded after three days. :( Also, I took part in a UN Heaven or Hell game like three weeks back and I won the game. They told me I would get 1k pp and 1k rp as a prize. It took like two weeks for me to receive 250rp and 250pp, and then the 250rp was deducted with the reason being "Why am I messing up so much" , after that another 250pp was added back. So in conclusion, I have received 500pp and 0rp when I was supposed to receive 1k pp and 1k rp. I'm not trying to be rude but honestly I wish I would be able to get back the rewards I have worked for yet were never uploaded. Thanks :)
Having points deducted and having rewards deducted are different things.
PP/RP: Deducted if you misbehave in base.
Rewards: Rewards will expire from the Past 30 days and past 7 days. It means that those rewards you collected, you collected them over 30 or 7 days ago. It does not effect your RP or PP
Sometimes it takes a while for prizes to upload from DOE games, you can ask a DOE member/manager if you have any questions.
