I hope you realise that out of the 10 owners we have in UN only 5 of them actually have the ability to kick people. I don't think it's fair for you to just assume that the ownership team aren't active or don't care because i know for a fact that I work my butt off every day and all of the owners work there butts off too.
In the future if you ever have any issues with the ownership team please make sure you send a message to an Owner so that we can help resolve the problem or to clarify any details you may not be aware of. This sort of comment isn't needed on a public status where ALL United Nations members can see.

What I mean by active owners is that we have some owners in base, ready to talk to you and other owners who don't have rights to maybe do a little more work.
If you need to talk to an owner and they're busy you can always message them on the website. I check my message daily and so do Cindy and Tony. I'm not sure about the rest. And if one of us are on LOA you can check their profile on Habbo, they will add "LOA" to their motto. I also think if it's important to know that the Government and OOA ranks can also assist you on other issues so you can always talk to them.
I do understand your problem but, easier said then done not everybody in the UN has same timezones wich can cause a lack of owners on. Let's face it can't do nothing about it. You must also realize an owner isn't as free as it seems because of most of them are updating points upgrading the site some have group activities like DOP, DOR, DOD, ect that they have to take care of. In addition like the fine gentlemen Tony said and I quote "only about 5 UN ownerships have RR". As for the rest of the 5 they're working by keeping the base in order some may lack the skill to do so but we can't do nothing about it but report this to Scott. Like I said we are working on passing a rule for that. But passinig new rules and tasks for different ranks is quite difficult due to the fact that we need to edit the guides and rules too. It takes times. But we have noticed the extreme amount of members AFK'ng in base and the OOA+ team have been talking about it with eachothers for weeks now. We do have a new set of rules and I assure you that there will be points deduction involved. But the Ownership team needs some time to put it in act. Majority of Owners have School, Work, and Extra Acivities. It also doesn't help how we're all in different timezones it's difficult to get everybodys thoughts. I personally don't feel that Owners are the foundations and pillars of UN sure we play a part of UN but I also think that other ranks can assist. For example majority of Governemt ranks has been in UN for a while now and they know the ropes and should know the rules like the back of their hands. So you can also talk to them if you have any questions. While OOA ranks are the future owner and are also capable of deductions and running base. I think that they are also capable of deciding deductions or no deductions, if you communicate with them. Government+ are high ranks in UN and have a strong say in everything so if you just talk to they should be able to assist you.
I understand people have things going on in their lives, that's totally understandable. I do understand that not just anyone can have RR because of the room gettin trashed or messed about with but I'm sure there is something, and I am sure OWN will think of something soon.. And hopefully soon as it isn't fair for people who are actually there to work and get points and next to them is a AFKer on the arrow. Just hope something does get done.
P.S I really didn't want a big debate but it's just something I did have to air as it was really annoying and seemed like at the time nothing was getting done. My apologises as I didn't know only 5 OWN have RR. But we know now. :3
No matter the rules enforced or if the noob who's afking gets a kick or a deduction, it wont really prevent them from doing it again. Anytime Ive kicked people for idling they just come back in the room yelling about how they were on YouTube or some shit. Unortunately with Habbo just being a game it's very hard for a lot of people to treat it maturely and/or seriously. I completely agree with what everyone said, some owners don't have rr yet and other owners have different time zones and real life to tend to. I myself don't see kicking or desuction people say 250 points will do much. With my past experience most people just do it over and over on a daily basis, regardless if I have to kick them daily. Luckly there is a new afk rule in affect however it seems like more work than is needed. To catch someone afking 3 times in an hour and essentially having to screenie every single time someone goes afk seems like a hassle just to give a 250 point deduction. If it were up to me, two times in an hour and then a fire. ;) or just like 10% point deduction. Hehe. People abuse afking in stations and thrones way too much. Like people talk whilst in the afk thrones, Some people do nothing but afk 24/7. Some stuff I've had complaints and talks about but it's hard to fix. Everyone above has a valid point and opinion and hopefully this new afk rule helps a bit and till then if there's anything you need just feel free to hit up an owner via this website, most owners check it often as rose said. :) thanks, Beard of Knowledge.
To me that seems like a lot of work just for AFKing. I'd have to agree with JamesofCanada, because if AFKers are AFKing twice in a hour that to me show no dedication to the <UN> and could lead to a fire. But then I see the only side of it. If OWN was to fire everyone that AFKed in an hour <UN> base would be pretty empty, leading to something bad. :(
Who said we were going to 'fire' or remove someone from UN for being AFK? That's just silly. The new rule that is purposed is You will get dedcuted 250 rp and pp if they were idling or afk 3 times witihin 60 mins and they'll need to be counted down and provided with evidence posted on the moderation forum.
This won't lead to any removal or 'fire', members shouldn't even be filling work stations if they are afk. This is just to reduce the amount of members and notify them to not do it again.
Keep in mind this rule is an addition to room rights holders kicking people who are idling. This punishment just means that repeat offenders will have 250 rp and pp removed on top of being kicked from the room.
We do. Many may feel as though they can bypass the rules and standards because many of the Owners are busy are do not always see them.
